Advanced Asphalt Technologies Ltd is a private consulting company founded by Glynn Holleran in 2016, based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Glynn Holleran is internationally recognised as an expert in bitumen and its products.
He is sought out to speak, educate and solve problems.
With 42 years working around the world Glynn gives a unique insight into all aspects of asphalt (bitumen).
From Crudes to Refining to Modification, Design and Performance.
Glynn has worked on all continents except Antarctica however, his experience in Russia
qualifies him to work there also.
Glynn Holleran is also a Research Fellow (Hon.) University of Auckland
and Lecturer for NZIHT University of Auckland.
Having worked in consulting in USA and was a consultant to Caltrans when with Mactec USA.
He has also been a consultant to Mobil, VSS Asphalt Technologies, ITG, Fulton Hogan, BASF, Mobil Oil Corporation, Poerner Ltd, ITG USA, IRPC Thailand, Higgins New Zealand.
Industry experience includes seminars and training in Russia, China , Romania, Panama, Scandinavia, Germany, France, South America, Africa (Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Eritrea), Middle East ( Saudi Arabia, Oman), Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and India.
Glynn has produced a number of publications including training manuals and conference presentations. He has also acted as an expert witness in USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand.
An expert in state of the art equipment and design Glynn has managed laboratories for Mobil, VSS and Fulton Hogan.
